📦 Returns

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used, unsealed, or tampered items

  • Hygiene-related products without original packaging (e.g., specula)

Please include your order number, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (preferred option)

  • Or issue a refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after return approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
